Are you training for a race? Or maybe just looking for a fun, supportive group to run/walk with each week? Then this is for you!
5K training, coaching + strength and Half Marathon training, coaching + strength programs are provided for those who are training for a race! Support + Accountability + Community.
You can attend weekly one day per week or two days per week or just drop-in once in a while! Choose what’s best for you. If you’re looking to work on your speed – join us on Monday’s. If you’re looking to go for a longer run/walk – join us on Saturday’s. Strollers with kiddos are always welcome, but not required!
