Stroller Strides® and Stroller Barre® (Mommy & Me Classes) »

Stroller Strides® and Stroller Barre® are a total fitness programs that moms can do with her child(ren). Ages of children range from infants to 5+ year olds! Children must stay in the stroller or carrier during class. Concerned about this? Ask us and we will answer any question or concerns you have! Class includes power walking OR running and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.

Body Back® Transformation »

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, food journals, recipes, and digital at home workouts.

Body Back® Membership »

Body Back® membership is a class that meets weekly and is the workout ONLY! Does not include the extra accountability with nutrition that Body Back Transformation provides, but you will still get in a great workout! Anyone can drop-in to Body Back weekly or get a punch card pass. We will have 5 Body Back Membership classes per week in August 2017!

Run Club »

Are you training for a race? Or maybe just looking for a fun, supportive group to run/walk with each week? Then this is for you!

5K training, coaching + strength and Half Marathon training, coaching + strength programs are provided for those who are training for a race! Support + Accountability + Community.

Fit4Baby® (Prenatal Fitness) »

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Class runs in 8 week sessions, but you can drop-in any time! Email lisafilzen@fit4mom.com to drop-in or sign up for the next session.

Our Village: Moms Events and Playgroups »

Every week, different moms will host fun, free playgroups for the kids after class! We also host other great family and mom-only events.

"I started because of the exercise, but found what I really needed most was the community." Our Village wants to meet you, mama!

Let's talk about Run Club! You don't need to be a runner to join. You're not the first one. Caution: you may experience post run/walk euphoria, new friendships, a whole lot of positive encouragement and smiles along the way. There are a group of all different running levels waiting for you, ready to get you to achieve that goal you've been wanting to conquer! Did you know once a month our entire village is welcome to join us for a kidless night out, just us moms? It gives us time to laugh, have fun, recharge, and let loose every once in a while. All mama's are welcome whether you are a part of the village or waiting to try. We are here for you, waiting to meet you and welcome you into this amazing group of women (& kiddos) with open arms. What kiddo doesn't love bubbles?! Our Superior mamas & kiddos had a fun playgroup at Central Park after Stroller Barre this morning. FIT4MOM is not only great for mama with moms night out once a month, but also focusing on your babie(s) and connecting them to grow with other little ones.
