Body Well (Duluth - 8 week session)

Body Well is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

This 8 week program entails:

  • 2 weekly high intensity classes with an experienced and certified fitness professional. Option to add-on additional classes. 2 make-up classes allowed at other class times.
  • Access to additional workouts that can be accessed digitally and completed at home.
  • A nutrition program designed by a nutritionist to be family friendly to increase your chances of success.
  • A small supportive group environment focused on team building.
  • Weekly challenges to keep it interesting.
  • An online support group via Facebook for women in this session ONLY to connect and the instructor to check-in weekly.
  • Accountability!!
