Body Well Holiday Mini Session

Body Well® - Holiday Session is a mini version of our full Body Well session to get you through the holidays with great workouts and accountability! You will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes 2 of our Body Boost high-intensity interval workouts each week. For this session you will attend Tuesday nights at 8 pm at Destination Fitness in Duluth, & Friday mornings at 5:15 am at St. Luke's Sports & Events Center in Proctor. Each workout is designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post strength assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and to celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes accountability and support from the group and your dedicated Fit4Mom Coach. SESSIONS BEGIN 11/30/21
-Initial strength assessments will be completed at class at 8 pm on Tuesday, 11/30 (please try to attend this class!). We will give instructions to complete them at home or a possible make-up if you can't make this class.
-Private Facebook group with daily and weekly challenges to keep you motivated through the holidays. Group accountability.
-Access to 2 Body Boost classes each week, plus 2 make up classes in case your holiday schedule overlaps with your classes.
-Digital access to recipe book and all other material designed by a nutritionist to be family friendly to increase your chances of success. No printed copies are given for the mini session.


Locations are Destination Fitness on Tuesday nights, and St. Luke's Sports & Events Center on Friday mornings.

Session does NOT include: before/after photos by FIT4MOM (encourage you to do them on your own), printed material, or printed results (you will get to keep your assessments sheets). Resistance bands available for purchase for those that do not have them.
