Run Club 20 Week Session (8 weeks 1 Run/wk, 12 weeks 2 Runs/wk)

One Group run per wee for the first 8 weeks & Two Group Runs per Week for the following 12 weeks with 5K and Half Marathon Race Training Program and Coaching included.

Monday only at 5:45pm

First 8 weeks beginning January 24, 2022


Mondays at 5:45pm and Saturdays at 7:30am
Second half of the program - 12 weeks beginning March 21, 2022

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like minded mamas, Run Club is for you! A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms.

Mondays @ 5:45pm includes a warm-up, 30 minutes of running (shorter distances and/or speedwork) and Strength and Core training

Saturday @ 7:30am format will vary up to 1 hour long (out & back run, speed work, and trail runs!)

Session includes...

Location will vary around Duluth.

*Maximum of two missed runs can be used towards a free Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, or Strides 360 class*
